Notice of Intent to Adopt Rules and Regulations
The Department of Administration and Information, Human Resources Division, intends to amend rules and regulations relating to the State of Wyoming Personnel Rules, Chapter 10 - Leave and Appendix A - Definitions. The proposed rules amend existing rules. The comment period begins October 15, 2012 and ends November 30, 2012. A copy of the proposed rules in a format that clearly indicates the additions to the deletions from existing language may be obtained on our web page at personnel.state.wy.us or by contacting Lori Eichheim, Human Resource Division, 2001 Capitol Ave., Emerson Building, Cheyenne, WY 82002, (307) 777-6727. A public hearing will be held on Monday, December 3, 2012 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the Herschler Building Room 1699, 122 West 25th Street, Cheyenne, WY. Any person may urge the agency not to adopt the rules and also request the agency to state its reason for overruling the consideration urged against adoption. Requests for an agency response under this provision must be made prior to, or within 30 days after adoption of the rules, to the above address. The amendments to these rules are not required to comply with any federal laws or regulatory requirement.

Chapter 14 - Performance Management
The Department of Administration and Information, Human Resources Division, welcomes all comments and suggestions on these proposed rules. The proposed rules are available and may be viewed at: The Human Resources Division, 2001 Capitol Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82002, or at http://hr.wy.gov. Comments and suggestions may be submitted in writing to the Human Resources Administrator, 2001 Capitol Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82002.
All comments and suggestions must be received by the Human Resources Division by 5:00 pm on April 23, 2012.
A public hearing will be held on April 23, 2012 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am in room B1 of the Emerson Building, Cheyenne, WY. |
