Executive Branch At-Will Study

Engrossed House Bill No. 0252 required a study of state executive department positions identifying certain positions as at-will, providing for reports; and providing for an estimated cost and an effective date reviewing positions in the Executive Branch. The Department of Administration & Information conducted the study requested. This report is the recommendation of the department to the Joint Labor, Health & Social ervices Interim Committee and the Joint Appropriations Interim Committee.
